Invision was founded by Bennet Sebastian, a licensed general contractor, Certified Commercial Investment Member, and MBA with three decades in commercial real estate and construction. Bennet has lived and worked in Central Florida for more than forty years. The submarkets Invision builds in are ones he has watched change.
He began as an owner's representative for Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, managing interior buildouts and ground-up construction for a client with no tolerance for surprises. The years since were spent collecting the rest of the seats at the table — nearly a decade in commercial healthcare real estate, working with practices on where to locate and what a space would cost them. Years as a licensed general contractor, building tenant improvements and ground-up facilities and running the subcontractors who execute them. And as a developer, underwriting deals, raising equity, and carrying the risk himself.
Invision is built on what each of those roles taught.
How we work
Fewer projects. Honest numbers.
We take a limited number of construction projects each year, and Bennet runs each one from the first call through closeout, with no handoff to a project manager you have not met. A superintendent is on site every day.
On our own developments, we would rather walk away from a site than force a deal that does not underwrite. Either way, we say what a project will cost before anyone falls in love with a rendering.
Invision builds and develops across Central Florida — Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, and Brevard counties — with a focus on medical, dental, veterinary, and professional office.
