Invision is a Central Florida commercial real estate company focused on medical and professional office. We develop ground-up facilities, acquire existing properties, and sponsor investment projects. We are a principal or co-investor in the projects we sponsor, and we hold a contractor's license and build them ourselves. That means no friction between the developer putting the deal together and the contractor responsible for building it on time and on budget.
We also work directly with practices that want to own the building themselves, managing the process from concept through delivery.

Invision was founded by Bennet Sebastian, who has lived and worked in Central Florida for more than forty years and has spent nearly thirty of them on every side of these deals: as a healthcare tenant broker, a licensed general contractor, and a developer with his own capital in the deal.
