Invision was founded by Bennet Sebastian, a CCIM-designated broker who spent a decade representing commercial and healthcare tenants in Central Florida before moving into development and construction. We have completed several ground-up developments as general partner which means our perspective on budget, schedule, and long-term asset value comes from someone who has had their own capital in the deal.
