Invision is a Central Florida commercial real estate company focused on medical and professional office. We develop ground-up facilities, acquire existing properties, and sponsor investment projects all within the same asset class.
We are a principal or co-investor in the projects we sponsor, and we hold the license that builds them. We are not a brokerage, and not a contractor for hire.

Invision was founded by Bennet Sebastian, who has spent nearly thirty years on every side of these deals — representing healthcare tenants as a broker, building projects as a licensed general contractor, and developing them as a principal with his own capital in the deal. When we tell a practice owner what their building will cost, the number comes from someone who has actually bought the concrete.
