We've bought buildings, repositioned them, and developed our own with our own capital. So we look at your project the way you and your lender will, starting with whether the numbers work.

We take a limited number of negotiated projects each year, so each one gets principal-level attention from the first call to closeout.

The most useful conversation happens early.
Most contractors get involved after the decisions have been made. The purchase or lease agreement is signed and the drawings are done. By then the only question left is what it costs to build, and that's a bad time to find out.
We can generally price a project from a floor plan and a location. If the numbers do not support what you are planning, you will know it while you can still change something.
