Dental construction has requirements that general commercial work does not — plumbing at every operatory, medical gas, lead-lined walls in imaging rooms, cabinetry built around specific equipment, and mechanical systems sized for the load. We have built enough of them to price the work accurately before construction drawings are finished.
Because we develop our own facilities, we look at cost the way your lender will. If the project is going to cost more than you have budgeted, you will hear it from us before you sign the lease — not after.

Interior buildouts for dental practices taking space in an existing building. We coordinate with the landlord, manage permitting, and deliver a finished, operational suite — operatories, sterilization, imaging, and front office.
Ground-up dental facilities
New construction for dental practices that want to own their building. We manage the process from permit set through certificate of occupancy, including site work, shell, and full interior.
Renovation and expansion
Existing practices that need to add operatories, reconfigure the floor plan, or upgrade systems — including work phased around an operating practice.

Preconstruction pricing
We can price a dental buildout from a floor plan and a location. If the numbers do not support what you are planning, you will know it while you can still change something — before the lease is signed or the due diligence period ends.

Permitting
We prepare and manage the permit application. When plan review comments come back, we work with your architect to resolve them and get the permit issued.

Construction
We run the schedule, hold the subcontractors to it, and coordinate with the vendors who are not ours — equipment, IT, cabinetry, signage — so nobody arrives to a space that is not ready.

Closeout
The job is not finished until you have your certificate of occupancy, the punch list is clear, and the space is ready for your equipment installation.
