Dental construction has requirements that general commercial work does not — plumbing at every operatory, medical gas, lead-lined walls in imaging rooms, cabinetry built around specific equipment, and mechanical systems sized for the load. We have built enough of them to price the work accurately before construction drawings are finished.
Because we develop our own facilities, we look at cost the way your lender will. If the project is going to cost more than you have budgeted, you will hear it from us before you sign the lease — not after.

Preconstruction pricing
We price dental buildouts from a floor plan and a location — operatory count, sterilization layout, imaging room requirements, and equipment rough-ins included. If the numbers don't support what you're planning, you'll know before the lease is signed.

Permitting
Dental offices draw scrutiny from plan review — plumbing at every operatory, lead lining in imaging rooms, and medical gas all require documentation. We prepare the application, respond to comments, and get the permit issued.

Construction
We run the schedule and hold subcontractors to it. We also coordinate the vendors who aren't ours — dental equipment, cabinetry, IT, and signage — so your installer arrives to a space that's ready, not one that's still being finished.

Closeout
The job isn't done until you have your certificate of occupancy, the punch list is clear, and the operatories are ready for your equipment installation and your first patient.
