We know what a veterinary clinic costs to build.
Veterinary construction has requirements that general commercial work does not — separate air handling for kennel and treatment areas, floor drains throughout, specialized plumbing for wet tables and treatment rooms, and mechanical systems sized for the load. We have built enough of them to price the work accurately before construction drawings are finished.
Because we develop our own facilities, we look at cost the way your lender will. If the project is going to cost more than you have budgeted, you will hear it from us before you sign the lease — not after.

Interior buildouts for veterinary practices taking space in an existing building. We coordinate with the landlord, manage permitting, and deliver a finished, operational clinic — exam rooms, treatment, surgery, kennel, and reception.
Ground-up veterinary facilities
New construction for veterinary practices that want to own their building. We manage the process from permit set through certificate of occupancy, including site work, shell, and full interior.
Renovation and expansion
Existing practices that need to add exam rooms, expand kennel capacity, or upgrade systems — including work phased around an operating practice.

Preconstruction pricing
We price veterinary buildouts from a floor plan and a location — exam room and treatment room count, kennel configuration, surgery suite requirements, and the floor drain and plumbing layout included. If the numbers don't support what you're planning, you'll know before the lease is signed.

Permitting
Veterinary clinics draw specific attention from plan review — separate HVAC zones for kennel and clinical areas, floor drains, and surgical suite ventilation all require documentation. We prepare the application, respond to comments, and get the permit issued.

Construction
We run the schedule and hold subcontractors to it. We also coordinate the vendors who aren't ours — veterinary equipment, casework, IT, and signage — so your installer arrives to a space that's ready, not one that's still being finished.

Closeout
The job isn't done until you have your certificate of occupancy, the punch list is clear, and the treatment rooms, surgery suite, and kennel are ready for your equipment and your first patient.
