MEET THE OWNER
BENNET SEBASTIAN, MBA, CCIM, CGC
Bennet brings over 30 years of experience in commercial and healthcare real estate, including development, construction, investment, and sales/leasing. He has represented dozens of healthcare providers, building owners, and investors in acquiring, developing, leasing, and selling healthcare real estate throughout central Florida. Bennet is a Certified General Contractor, Certified Commercial Investment Member, and licensed Real Estate Broker.Â
Bennet earned an undergraduate degree in building construction from the University of Florida Rinker School of Construction Management. He later obtained an MBA with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Last but not least, he served six years in the US Army as a Combat Engineer.Â
