Invision Development was founded by Bennet Sebastian, an Orlando native and seasoned real estate and construction professional. Bennet has over twenty five  years of experience in commercial properties throughout central Florida including healthcare, office, retail, industrial and hospitality. He brings a well-rounded perspective to his clients having worked in many sides of the industry including brokerage, general contracting, owner representation, development and investment. 

Bennet is a Florida Certified General Contractor, Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Lastly he is a veteran of the US Army having served as a Combat Engineer. 

Frank Kruemmel has been in the construction industry since 1996 and has worked with developers and general contractors as well as national home builders. In these roles Frank helped to streamline operations and spearheaded sales and marketing. Frank leads business development efforts at Invision and works with potential clients with a consultative approach. 

Frank is a proud native of Germany and is a veteran of the German Air Force.
