Avian Inventory Management needed an expansion of their existing office space to support the rapid growth of their administrative operations. As the business side of their aviation parts operation continued to scale, it became essential to create a more spacious, efficient, and collaborative environment for their team. Our solution involved extending the current office and incorporating glass partitions throughout to promote transparency and openness, while maximizing the use of natural light. The result is a modern, functional workspace that not only meets their current administrative needs but also supports continued growth and productivity.

Design & Planning

This project began with close collaboration between our design team and Avian Inventory Management’s leadership to ensure the office expansion aligned with their operational goals. We took a team-focused approach in the design phase, prioritizing the following key elements:

Construction Process

As an expansion project to Avian Inventory Management’s existing office, this build required a thoughtful and strategic construction process. From selective demolition to seamless integration, every phase was carefully managed to minimize disruption and maximize long-term functionality. Some of the key construction highlights included:
