Pre-construction services include, but are not limited to, cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, construction phasing, constructability review, design review meetings with the Owner and Designer, input from key subcontractors as to building systems, and means & methods of construction.
As a general contractor we provide all of the material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the project. We lead our network of qualified subcontractors to bring projects in on time, within budget and to our expected quality standards. We can provide lump sum fixed price contracts or cost plus fee contracts with a guaranteed maximum price.
We can offer Design-Build services where we would be responsible for both the design and construction of your project. Once we establish your vision and budget we can make sure the design stays true to those important factors and provide constructability reviews and progress budgeting as the construction document phase progresses.
Our experience in real estate and construction allows us to provide turn-key solutions for clients looking to expand their real estate footprint. We can perform site selection, due diligence, financing, construction and as well as asset management.
